AeonVox Resale Requirements
AeonVox happily provides builders, merchants, and entreprenuers with resell-enabled scripting so that they may enhance their own products for their customers. However, in return for providing such permissions we require our resale-level customers to follow a few guidelines.

Setting of Permissions
All AeonVox resale enabled products require the reseller to disable either copy or transfer permissions on their scripts (not the object, on the scripts themselves) before selling the scripts as part of a product. Any scripts that retain both copy and transfer permissions will permanently disable when sold to an avatar who is not on the AeonVox authorized reseller database table. Upon disabling, these scripts will instruct their owner to return to you, not to AeonVox, for a refund of their purchase price. Scripts that are copy or transfer, but not both, will function normally and without issue for your customers.
Part of a Larger Build
While AeonVox is very happy to see builders using our products in their projects and gladly allows its scripts to be resold as part of those projects, we do not permit the reselling of our products in a stand-alone form. You may not purchase our product and proceed to sell or distribute it as-is to customers of your own, nor may you count a retexturing, reprimming, or reshaping of the base product as an authorized build.
An example, using AeonVox Doors:
You may attach the doors to a house, a storefront, a cabinet, a refridgerator, even a purse, and sell them without breaking our resale guidelines. If, however, you were to upload a bunch of door textures and sell our doors with your textures on them in your own door shop, that would be a violation of our guidelines.
If you are unsure of the legitimacy of an intended use for one of our commercial-level products, please do not hesitate to contact us and ask. The worst that can happen is that we say no and you avoid wasting your hard-earned L$ on a product that would be disabled when your violation was discovered.
Customer Service
AeonVox has hundreds of its own customers - we are unable to support yours as well. By using AeonVox scripts in your products, you accept responsibility for providing basic customer service to those who purchase those products from you. You should be familiar enough with the scripts to provide guidance in normal script operation and basic functionality customization. Please also do include the instructions for any included AeonVox products with your item. You may remove our branding if you wish, but do please give the end-customer an opportunity to read and understand the instructions so that they are not left floundering with no idea how to operate their purchase.
In the rare case that an actual bug exists with an AeonVox script, we understand that you will be unable to provide the service needed on the script. In that case, we ask that you please contact us on behalf of the customer and let us know any details you have about the potential bug. We will do our best to respond and assist you immediately, as we understand that a seller must be able to stand behind the quality and functionality of their products.
Penalty for Failure to Follow
If you are unable and/or unwilling to follow the guidelines set forth above, AeonVox reserves the right to remove your commercial-resale license, thus removing your permission to own and use copy and transfer enabled AeonVox products. You will be provided with copiable, no-transfer replacement products so that you may retain personal use of AeonVox scripts, but will not be provided with a refund.
